Processes & On Off-Boarding Team is in charge of

- process mapping and onboarding offboarding activities for the LDI operations perimeter

- Coordinate and maintain the drafting of documentation relating to the mapping of processes

- Coordinate activities in the on-boarding and off-boarding phases of clients and portfolios within GIH operative systems, including those relating to first level anti-money laundering

- Perform first level activities related to Anti-Money Laundering monitoring

- Update the "Archivio Unico Informatico" both for the retail clients of the funds and institutional clients of individual portfolios

- verifying the effectiveness and efficiency of the services provided and the consistency of the relevant processes and proposing the redesign and innovation of processes where necessary

- designing new operating processes resulting from the development of the company, of its internal and external clients or resulting from the implementation of mandatory regulatory changes

- coordinating and maintaining the drafting of documentation related to the mapping of processes within the structure

- maintaining the inventory of all the documents to promptly involve the stakeholders for the periodic update.

**Qualifications

**Requirements**:

Must have:

- Master's degree in management engineering Economics or related disciplines

- Background in organizational projects in a plus

- Experience of organizational models and organizational analysis methodologies (example Lean)

- Fluency in Italian and English

- Minimum two years' experience in financial services consulting firms or in the Organization Area of Financial Institutions

- Process analysis and projects management

- Knowledge of analysis and implementation of new organizational models

- Knowledge of organizational analysis methodologies (i. e.

Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Map)

- Attention to details

- Result oriented

- Ability to analyze and summarize

- Problem solving

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Teamworking
