Summary

The resource will be included in the Continuous Improvement team where he/she will have the opportunity to acquire skills on both the production process and energy efficiency aspects.

In particular, he/she will be involved, supported by his/her mentor, in the following activities:

- Company production process mapping

- Process analysis and monitoring with a focus on energy consumption

- Definition of specific process/consumption performance indicators

- Identification of causes of inefficiency

- Statistical processing and critical analysis of collected data

- Development of possible improvement programs

Goal of the training project: to acquire skills on the analysis of a production process and mapping of energy consumption in order to arrive at the development of possible improvement programs, based on the analyzed statistical data, aimed at energy consumption efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, industrial, energy engineering

- Perfect knowledge of Italian language

- Good knowledge of written and spoken English language.

- Good skills in the use of computer tools.

- Problem Solving skills

- Ability to analyze statistical data

**Salary**:

- 700 € per month + Ticket Restaurant + Transport Allowance

The internship will last 6 months with the possibility of extension up to 12 months
