In a nutshell You'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing and testing parameters for our laser cutting machines.

What you will be doing Design and development of process techniques for laser cutting and engraving, with focus on machines for our Laser cutting machines.

Analyze material properties and their interaction with the laser source in order to define laser parameters for different application scenarios.

Write and maintain accurate process parameters and test results documentation Develop and execute test plans to validate machine functionalities against requirements and specifications. Identify, report and track machine software and hardware issues. Collaborate with R&D team with the aim of integrating laser technology into new products and develop new solutions for existing ones.

Your education & experience Degree in Physics, Engineering (mechanical, mechatronics, electronics), Materials Science or related field (5 years degree will be considered a plus). As an alternative, technical bachelor degree with minimum 3 years of hands-on industry experience in laser processing field. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset and strong communication skills. Fluent English. What you need to succeedKnowledge of Laser systems, optics and automation in laser processing applications. Experience in testing, quality assurance or similar roles. Experience with industrial lasers (i. e.

IPG Photonics or similar) and CNC.
