WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The Process and Tools responsible is in charge of all activities related to the software tools within the part standardization organization
This includes tools designed to support our day-to-day standardization activities and tools in support of our internal customers (product development, platform, purchasing, after-sales, ).
The responsibility goes from the business analysis, solution definition, development, validation and deployment of the new functionalities as well as assuring support to the users with the current tools.
This role interfaces with the platforms, product engineering and the part standardization team to identify business needs and requirements.
For the software development you will work closely with ICT and software providers.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works in close conjunction with the business leaders and development team to negotiate, agree and define new and to modify existing CNH Industrial methods and procedures.
- Lead and participate in Business Sessions working with the users to develop solutions for complex process problems.
- Documentation of Business requirements, i. e.
writing detailed documents describing both the tool behaviour and new processes.
- Participate in Design Sessions as required working with the methods team, IT and software providers to develop tool solutions.
Review and approve the technical specifications developed with the IT teams so they meet the business requirements.
- Responsible for the co-ordination of test teams and results compilation and reporting as applicable.
- Assure the needed training material is available to support the developed tools.
Lead the deployment and training of users as required.
Depending on the implementation this can be done by organizing on-site training, conference call, audio-visual documentation.
- Define and lead the planning and preparation for new tool & process implementations.
This includes data and system migrations as required and in tight co-operation with the business.
- After roll-out and implementation of the tools and processes provide ongoing technical support for the users, analyze issues and create validated suggestions for improvement.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or IT related field.
Experience with software development.
5 years' experience in product development, business analysis or software design.
High analytical skills
Good Project management.
Details Oriented and ability to set clear objectives and deliverables.
Leadership & team working ability, excellent relationship skills, ability to work under pressure.
Fluency in English with strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to influence others, regardless of position power or organizational boundaries.
Ability to understand and work with multi-cultural diversity.
