POSTING PRESENTATION: We are seeking a Process Control Defectivity Engineer to check, control, and improve the defectivity level of processes and products manufactured in the fab. ST is looking for an engineer with teamwork skills, able to create a positive and professional work environment, and highly motivated to join our team. The role involves investigating and analyzing defectivity trends to identify defects of interest and working with the Fab team to drive improvement plans. PROFILE REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or a related field of study. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team. Ability to take initiative in problem analysis and drive solutions. Interest or background in data analysis. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and driving to solutions. Interacting and communicating daily with engineering groups inside and outside of the fab, and occasionally with external customers. Ability to take initiative and drive for results.
