Job ResponsibilitiesYou will join the Digital Products Business Processes Unit, responsible for the design and optimization of end-to-end processes relating to the perimeter of the "b-ilty" digital offer for small and medium-sized businesses.

Specifically, you will be responsible for designing processes and the most advanced solutions for the evolution of the digital platform aimed at SMEs and small economic operators.

You will follow the development of new digital products and services, taking care of the governance and monitoring of the master plan of the various IT interventions, in order to guarantee their correct delivery based on business priorities.

You will also be involved in the study of the new needs of customers and the market, you will be an active part of the definition of the evolution requirements of the digital platform, but also of the control of the related technical development activities by the IT Department and the final tests of the designed solutions.

Finally, you will collaborate in the continuous monitoring of the progress of the processes and support systems, measuring their performance and proposing simplifications, efficiency improvements and automations, with a view to continuous improvement of the customer experience and operational procedures.
