Within Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions into Supplier Quality Department, we are looking for a Process Development Intern to support the Continuous Improvement journey of Organization based on WCM Implementation.

This position is based in Modena (Italy).

**What you will do**:

You will be involved in the following activities:

- Activity planning and follow up

- Process mapping

- Process improvements

- Standardization of processes and update of working procedures

- Visual management update

- 5S culture

- Daily activities follow up support

- WCM continuous improvement

**Who you are**:

The ideal student is:

- Master's degree student in Engineering, Economic or similar disciplines

- Result oriented with strong analytical skills

- Good in collaboration and working in team

- Flexible and open minded

- Excel proficient user

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

- World Class Manufacturing basic knowledge

- Willing to work on processes

- Curious, committed and eager to learn and improve day after day.

- Willing to work in an international environment
