As Process Engineer, you will have the opportunity to join the Manufacturing team for the washing, tinting and coating areas (ADVA).
You will be responsible for developing control procedures to ensure all equipment/processes are operating within the Control Plan (PCP); analyzing PCP deviations and managing actions to resolve PCP gaps, and promoting, managing and coordinating activities aimed at continuous improvement in relation to the plant#39;s KPIs: Quality, Efficiency and Costs. Here are some responsibilities you will have:Drives process control plans (PCPs) and ensures they are followedOrganize and structure problem solvingAnalyze existing processes and actively drive for improvementCollaborate on the launches of industrial projects and new productsWork in close coordination with central and local teamsPORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEYou know you are a Luxottican when you recognize yourself in our 4 characteristics (imaginative, passionate, entrepreneurial, simple and fast) and:You have a Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Materials EngineeringYou have at least 3 years of experience in complex environments as a Process EngineerYou have strong knowledge of Plastic Materials and Injection Moulding Process, or Mechanical Manufacturing, or Coating processesYou have strong Project Management skillsYou have good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a context of constant changeYou have strong facilitation and communication skillsYou love challenges and you take your responsibility seriouslyWHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
