Role and Responsibilities:Performing process simulations for CO2 battery systemExecuting process deliverables such Heat & Material Balance, pressure drops and hydraulic calculations, Process Narratives and listsExecuting sizing and development of main process equipment as heat exchanger, separators, pumps, safety valves, dryers, vessels etc. Supporting the Project Manager and Purchase Department in offer technical alignment and suppliers follow upDeveloping drawings as PFDs, P&IDs up to 'as built' levelParticipating and contributing to design reviews and safety reviews (Hazid, Hazop, FMEA, SIL etc. )

from conceptual to detailed designParticipating in technology screening and assessments with reference to latest information from industry and literature.

Supporting experimental test campaigns for the validations of optimized process configurationsTaking care of control system and HMI internal FATFollow plant Commissioning, Start up and Performance test on siteLead Trials and Pilots at our own plants Requirements:Master's degree in Energy Engineering or related fieldProven experience in heat&mass balance and heat exchanger calculationExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical-economic optimizationAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts effectivelyFamiliarity with sustainable engineering practices and energy-efficient technologies is a plusLanguage: Fluency in Italian and professional EnglishWillingness to travel in Italy and abroad to meet our suppliers and join your colleagues for plant Commissioning, Start up and testsPersonal Skills:Analytical and conceptual thinking, we love people who love details but don't miss the big picture.
