What does a Process Engineer do? A Process Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement of production processes.

They work closely with the Manufacturing Team, Quality Team, and Product Technologists to support and optimize operations, ensuring smooth production and high-quality output.





Why do we need you? We need a Process Engineer to enhance our manufacturing operations by driving efficiency, improving quality, and implementing sustainable solutions.

Your expertise will be essential in:

Troubleshooting process and quality issues to minimize downtime and maintain seamless production. Identifying and implementing improvements in production variances, with a focus on increasing yield and uptime. Developing and refining Standard Operating Conditions (SOCs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), while training operators to follow best practices. Managing feasibility requests for new product introductions and ensuring smooth transitions into full-scale manufacturing. Driving key plant projects related to sustainability, process optimization, and investment execution. Supporting innovation and supply chain projects by integrating new products and materials into production. Leading the startup of new production lines and guiding them to full operational capacity. Qualifications Required Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team and share technical knowledge. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and focus on critical project success factors. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment within a matrix organization. Capability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously. Willingness to spend a significant amount of time on the manufacturing shop floor. Desirable Degree in Engineering or a technical-scientific discipline. Experience in an industrial setting, preferably in process engineering or R&D. Proven ability to lead projects across multiple manufacturing areas. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience in plastic extrusion or a related field. Proficiency in English.
