Job Description:Job Responsibilities The Process Engineer will join a motivated international team and will be responsible for improving the process using appropriate tools and applicable methodologies in compliance with Danfoss Standards.

Some of the job responsibilities on a day-to-day basis include:

Reviewing KPIs, monitoring systems, and using technology to achieve goals.

Developing all documents in support of the process (SOP, PFMEA, Drawings).

Leading and supporting Lean projects (5S, SMED).

Analyzing inputs and data to identify patterns and relationships that can be used to develop the right workflows and processes.

Supporting activities to monitor, understand, and improve processes.

Ensuring that all Danfoss requirements regarding Health & Safety and Environment are fulfilled.

Supporting the creation of training documents and delivering training.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.

Previous experience in driving and supporting innovative ideas while taking informed risks to seek and develop new or improved solutions with a focus on digital ones.

Experience gained in medium-structured companies or in engineering consultancy organizations.

Previous experience related to understanding and meeting internal/external customers' needs and expectations, particularly in developing solutions for process optimization.

Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
