As a Process Engineer, you will provide key technical support to the specialty paper production by ensuring the continuous improvement of the production process with regards to quality, cost and productivity.

You will be responsible to: assure and contribute to a safe work environment.

build a close collaboration between Innovation, Maintenance, Production and other Sappi productions sites with regards to process optimization.

lead projects optimizing the productivity, quality and cost of the production ensuring the continuous improvement.

ensure the data collection and definition of process parameters for key production processes.

support trouble shooting and quality improvements through data analysis and engineering solutions.

Your Profile Fluent in Italian and English Strong sense for a safe work environment.

lean methodology knowledge would be a plus Ability to engage, inspire and motivate others without hierarchical mandate Willingness to learn and share knowledge with others University degree in process/chemical engineering.

Previous expertise in paper production will be a plus.

Analytical, systematical and practical approach to problem solving.

Good communication skills and experience in project management.
