Job DescriptionYou are the first point of contact regarding process questions in the field of energy systems:

• Develop and prepare heat integration concepts and heat and mass diagrams in the field of WtX - e. g.

water steam cycles in waste to energy plants, or reactor cooling in power to gas applications

• Develop the process flow diagrams (PFD) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (PID) and size the main and auxiliary equipment

• Participate in safety studies and contribute to safety integrity level reviews

• Prepare functional design specifications and support the commissioning remote and on-site when needed (travel up to 15%)

• Participate in plant performance assessments with clients, suppliers and notified bodies

Qualifications• Master's degree in mechanical, chemical, or process engineering

• 3+ years of experience in process design in the energy, environmental technology, renewable energies or in similar industry

• Knowledge in process engineering, use of CAE programs, P&IDs, logic diagrams, and simulation tools (COMOS, Ebsilon, MatLab, etc.

)

• Adaptable team player with good communication skills on different levels (from commissioning teams to Project Managers)

• Self-driven, open minded personality with attention to detail and precise working style

• Fluency in English; German is a plus
