Job Summary Process Engineer Lomagna Responsible for development of new and improved processes for custom polymer compounds. Responsible for scale-up and process testing plan and procedure, data analysis, and communication of results. Primary contact with Manufacturing for writing and communication of production specifications. Requires three plus years of direct, relevant experience with the ability to operate with little to no direction. Coordinates with manufacturing partners to establish quality and testing conditions for established Avient products. Participates in the development of scale-up, process testing plan and procedure, data analysis, and/or communication of results. Documentation and preparation of product specifications for manufacturing Avient product. Participates in the resolution of plant production issues.
