Key AccountabilitiesDevelopment of new practical powder coating processesEvaluate new ideas for development projectsInterface with SMU for handover of development projectsAssessment of Health Safety and Environmental impact of new processesCost controlInterface with SMU Project Managers - equipment specificationsOperations Standards – writing and maintaining standardsProvide support for specific projects in production facilities when requestedProcess Development - Prove concepts and develop equipment packages with documentation for handover to SMU for final implementationEnsure compliance with internal and external policies, procedures and standards including; HSE, and housekeeping.
