All about the role: We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to be responsible for the process design, operation, and implementation.

As a process engineer, you will manage process resources and optimize current processes and complexities.

The successful candidate will improve industrial processes to maintain efficiency, reduce costs, improve sustainability, and maximize profitability.

What you'll do: Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification;Assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data;Design, run, test, and upgrade system processes;Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output;Perform process simulations;Manage cost and time constraints;Perform risk assessments;Provide process documentation and operating instructions;Who you are: Engineering Degree;Proven work experience in process engineering (min 2 years);Excellent technical skills;Knowledge of process-related standards;Experience in process simulations and lean manufacturing culture;Basic knowledge of reading technical drawings with Autocad 2D;Familiarity with health and safety regulations;Analytical thinker with good leadership skills and target-oriented, able to work within different organizations and interfunctional teams;Propensity for continuous improvement;Excellent English knowledge is fundamental;Where you'll be: You will be based in Electrolux's main Food Preservation global site, in Susegana (TV), only 1 hour distance from Venice, where we are undergoing multimillion industry 4. 0 investment.

Here you will interact with different functions of the organization such as Quality, Maintenance, R&D, Production, and Supply Chain with the common goal to create the refrigeration of the future.
