Process Engineer - Machining As Process Engineer - Machining you will be responsible for the implementation in production of new aluminum wheels, from the design review phase, till the hand over to production; responsible of technical support to department and of improvement activities and providing plant layout solutions for placing new equipment and supports installation till hand over to production.

Importante Azienda development phase) to highlight potential risks and suggest improvement ideas for manufacturability Assure that equipment, tools and gages are available for production, eventually design and ask offer to suppliers before sampling activities Starting from customerproduct drawing, prepares machining profiles to CNC programmer and in process drawings to quality Manage the sampling activities till the hand over to production, in order to produce pieces in specification and in line with time and cost assumptions Support production department and manage continuous improvement activities Provide technical support to department on problem solving and corrective action definition Identify and drive cost reduction activities Implement technical improvement solutions Manage product drawings Distribute drawings to department Manage electronic storage of latest drawing Supports industrial projects Support the definition of the optimal technical solutions in collaboration with the supplier Support or manage layout study Support the implementation phase until delivery to production Profile Bachelor of Engineer Degree or "Perito Tecnico" Minimum number of 3 years of experience in machining shaving removal process (mandatory) Knowledge of 2D design software Autocad/ Cadra and CNC software (mandatory) CAM and 3D design software Catia (preferably) Robot programming (preferably) Lean / 6 Sigma Manufacturing concepts (preferably) Good English knowledge Experience in automotive industry (preferably) Join us and become part of our global success story!
