With a view to strengthening our team, we are looking for a/an: Process Engineer Manager RESPONSABILITIES: In Quotation and Feasibility phase: provide the Proposal team with the definitions of method and process that allow technical and economic evaluation of the offer. In Product Development Phase: provide the Product Development Team with the definitions of method and production process defining the guidelines for maximizing process robustness at minimum cost (Design for Manufacturing). Ensure the correct design and implementation of production processes:Produce the process solution and its design setup. Technically define the procurement of detailed engineering and toolmaking. Oversee the installation and try-out of production systems. Support the search for the root causes of non-conformities in the process. Define solutions to non-conformities originating from process problems. Ensure the integration of the various production systems and production management and monitoring systems. Research and introduce new technologies according to the product to be made. Develop process FMEA and manage the resulting design choices. Produce risk analyses and execute process risk reduction actions. Monitor development and production costs. Management of a team of people to support the achievement of objectives. Define and control project budgets in order to improve their profitability. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:Master's degree in engineering (preferred). Excellent knowledge of English. Previous experience of at least 5 years in a similar role. Availability to travel internationally. Excellent interpersonal skills. Leadership and teamwork skills.
