Location --> BOLZANO**This job is open to internal candidates in the Iveco Group**RESPONSABILITIESThe resource will be included in the production team of the paint department to promote best technical and process solutions in order to achieve efficiency and quality requirements through optimisation/programming of the equipment used. The resource will be responsible to:Collaborate with Maintenance and Facilities department for the design and refurbishment of equipment. Manage problems relating internal and external quality metrics in paint operations. Optimise paint system operations by deploying projects to reduce costs and eliminate waste through Kaizen methodologies. Develop efficient labour requirements and optimise work methods to achieve cost and cycle time targets. Choose appropriate tools, jigs and fixtures to ensure quality and safety. Resolve production engineering problems in time to avoid product quality compromises. Collaborate with product engineering for new content integration and update documentation to ensure compliance with quality system. REQUIRED SKILLSBachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical/Materials EngineeringExperience in paint application (both water- and solvent-based). Ability to read technical drawings, circuit diagrams and software facilities. Excellent knowledge of the Office package, with particular regard to Excel and PowerPoint;Good knowledge of the English language (at least B2 required);Good problem solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills linked to team spirit complete the profile.
