ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB In the context of RX Lab for ophthalmic lenses production, SEMA (Surfacing, Edging and Mounting Area) the Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the continuous improvement of production KPIs: Quality, Service Level and Costs, on the area of its responsibility (Surfacing, Edging and Mounting).

He/She will coordinate a team of 2 resources dedicated as process technicians to whom he will entrust the daily routine, the analysis of the production process control and lead them on specific tasks/projects.

He/She will coordinate continuous improvement projects in the area making use of the support of His/Her main stakeholders: Central Engineering Group (based in France), External suppliers, Maintenance, Production and Quality.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: Ensure the smooth running of the production functions of SEMA.

Continuous improvement of production KPIs: Quality, Service Level, Costs.

Coordination of the 2 process technicians.

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE Educational Background: Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electronical).

At least 3 years of experience in Production Environment.

Solid experience with Microsoft Office package.

Experience with SAP will be considered a plus.

Experience with Qlik will be considered a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Autonomy and responsibility.
