We are currently looking for a Process Engineer. The position will be based in Porto Mantovano.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop innovative bioreactors and fermenters for the Biotech, Pharma, and Food and Beverage industries. Apply industry and engineering knowledge to innovate and solve complex customer challenges and create competitive advantage. Develop technical documentation such as: Layouts PFDs P&IDs Mass and energy balances URS and/or technical specifications Fluid list and consumption Carry out engineering design according to cGMP, pharmaceutical technical regulation, and local regulations. Commissioning and final testing at manufacturing and customer sites. Education Qualification

Master's degree in Chemical/Process/Pharmaceutical Engineering.

Technical Competence & Skills

Knowledge of process control and P&IDs standard settings. Capability of hydraulic sizing of lines and main process equipment (pumps, heat exchangers, agitation groups, valves, etc. ). Knowledge of safety regulations related to machinery (Machinery Directive, PED, ASME-U, etc. ). Experience in using 2D/3D software such as: AutoCAD, Solid Edge, SolidWorks. Strong communication skills. Capability to manage multiple projects. Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad. Relevant Experience

5 years' experience as a Process Engineer in the bioprocessing, food and beverage, or pharma industry.
