Process Engineering & Industrialization **Manager

**Main activities

- Lead all activities related to process engineering and industrialization of new Large Scale AM processes developed by the company (e. g.

product testing and iteration, material development and testing, industrialization and preparation for scale production)

- Work side by side with Innovation department to take the company's first prototypes of new products and fully industrialize them ready for production and shipping to customers

- Organize department programs, planning and manage a team of mechanical and materials engineering

- Gather feedback from beta user of new products and structure it in useful feedback to be implemented to upgrade the product during industrialization phase

- Handle improvements and process optimization activities in a timely and effective matter

- Test and handover/training of new products developed to Operations department and first end-users

- Supervise and evaluate performance of department staff

- Monitor and improve KPIs

- Manage the communication between Innovation and Operations department

**Operational Skills Required

- 3-5 years in industrial companies in Department as industrial engineering/industrialization/continuous improvement

- Background in Mechanical, process or material engineering

- Team Managing skills

- Fluency in English

**Soft Skills required

- Organizational, managerial and leaderships skills

- Adaptability to respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives and priorities accordingly

- Decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

- Interpersonal and communication skills at all staff levels
