We are looking for Process Engineering Manager at our location in Asia Region - Vietnam (Hai Duong City) Your tasks: Leads and coordinates all project activities, Develop and control program timing, budgets and activities Apply change, risk and resource management Resolve projects' higher scope issues and prepare reports for higher level Leads and coordinates and all engineering activities in client/customer focused project management environment Leads and coordinates all activities related to startup of new products and any change from customer Ensure all program and engineering activities comply with the company's safety, quality, and operating policies and procedures Provide advice/problem-solving expertise to both the customer and the organization. Ensure the engineering staff development and training activity is performed in compliance with company policies and Procedures. Advise on manufacturing techniques applicable to production. Support ISO/TS16949 & ISO14001, VA/VE, CI and Six Sigma activities Minimum Requirements: Male/Female – 30 years up. Bachelor's Degree in engineering (any related field) 5-8 years in an Engineering Supervisory role or relevant Industry equivalent, preferably 3 years Management Good command of English, Leadership Skills, Sound working knowledge of Engineering & program functions, Understanding of ISO/TS16949 & ISO14001 Our offer Attractive salary Off 2 Saturday & 4 Sunday per month 3 days off for summer holiday Bonus on independent day, labor's day & Tet holiday Health Insurance Performance bonus base on each year Annually Increase Salary Many attractive activities: Family's Day, Women's Day, Year End Party Are you interested?
