Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?
We are looking for a **Process Engineering TopCoat and preparation **to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Head of Paintshop
You will have the responsibility to design optimal painting and pre-painting processes.
- Ensuring Lamborghini process for painting and pre-painting phase
- Process design and continuous improvement (quality and cost) evolution
- Ensuring process modification within assigned budget, timing, layout, manpower, etc
- Ensuring product modification and derivatives over lifecycle
- Supporting, during start-up phase, the definition of painting cycle anticipating problems or project criticalities by working together with R&D, Product line, production engineering, quality and AUDI counterpart.
- Manufacturing product materials definition and technical specifications
- Analysis in production and problem solving
- Technical support to other departments and suppliers interface (linked to the role)
- Information gathering to support make-or-buy decision
- Partecipation to technical meeting
- Working with paint suppliers and their technical departments (on site and in the headquarter)
**About you
- University Degree in Engineering or Chemicals will be a plus
- 3 years' experience in painting process and technology and in painting process introduction (such as new colour development)
- Knowledge of production systems
- Project management
- Fluent English, German will be considered a plus
