Responsabilidades/**Responsabilidades**:
- Supports the UL Solutions Business Transformation initiatives across the Consumer segments functions (Operations, Sales, Laboratories etc.
).
- Fosters a Lean culture of continuous improvement, providing thought leadership to and influencing change at all levels in the organization.
- Leads, facilitates and coaches cross functional teams in problem solving methods, to improve processes and systems.
- Responsible for evaluating current processes performance, identifying opportunities/waste, incorporate feedback and ideas from the stakeholders to help design simplified processes of the future, following Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proactively works with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to automate processes for sustained gains and may partner with Information Technology personnel to drive process digitization efforts.
- Responsible for the hands-on development, configuration and testing of process automation solutions (RPAs) to meet the defined stakeholders' requirements.
- Designs and develops process automation using core RPA principles that are efficient, well structured, documented, maintainable and easy to understand across the Customer Operating Units in Europe and globally.
- Builds an action plan, manages improvement and automation projects portfolio based on business, customer, employee positive impact, considering risks mitigation and delivering on time, on budget and on quality.
Develops project/automation documentation ensuring compliance to accreditation requirements.

Calificaciones/Qualificações:
- University Degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferably around 5 years in a similar role.
- Engineering background and knowledge of Operations Management.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt certification.
- Experience / knowledge around software development and programming with Python and RPAs (Power Platform, UiPath).
- Experience with Lean tools such as Standard Work, Value Stream / Process Mapping, KPIs management, Visual Management.
- English proficiency as working language, European languages.
- Strong problem solving skills and analytical mindset.
- Established Project management skills.
Ability to document, plan, market and execute programs.
- Experience partnering closely with technical and operational teams.
- Excellent collaboration, teamwork and interpersonal skills; Drive change with a forward-looking mindset.
- Bring passion and a determined focus to deliver value for our customers.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Self-starter, capable to take initiative and work with mínimal direction.
