Process Improvement & Project Management Manager
We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement & Project Management Manager to join our Global Medical & Regulatory Affairs team based in our Milan HQ to lead performance measurement, process optimization, and project management activities across GM&RA Units. This role plays a critical part in enhancing operational efficiency, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving continuous improvement through the integration of digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Performance Monitoring & Process Optimization – Develop and maintain a Global Functional Control System to track project timelines, operational expenditures (OpEx), and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify and implement corrective actions as needed. Project Management & Strategic Support – Provide project management expertise to internal Working Groups , assisting teams in overcoming implementation barriers and streamlining operations. Collaboration & Digital Transformation – Promote the use of collaboration tools to improve communication across departments and support the integration of AI, automation, and digital solutions to enhance efficiency. Continuous Improvement Initiatives – Support divisional and departmental process improvement efforts by establishing clear targets, monitoring progress, and ensuring sustainable operational enhancements. Data-Driven Reporting – Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports to provide transparency on performance and key initiatives. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 4 years of experience in project management , with at least two years in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry. Expertise in project management methodologies and advanced use of project management tools. Strong knowledge of process improvement techniques and problem-solving methodologies. Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and digital solutions (preferred). Familiarity with analytic platforms such as Power BI (preferred) Financial acumen to support budgeting and cost control processes. Fluency in English is required. Italian is preferred.
