**Job Overview**:As a **Process Improvement Manager **, make a positive impact on business performance and customer satisfaction. Your mission involves reducing costs, eliminating redundancies, and automating tasks to streamline workflows. Bring your innovative ideas to enhance collaboration, optimize resources, and boost productivity and efficiency.
**Your Core Responsibilities**:
- **Analytics**:Track KPIs and create PowerBi reports for seamless monitoring of technical Sales activities. Analyze project trends and activities, enhancing the win rate of projects supported by the technical sales team.
- **Tools and Systems**:Develop and update PowerBI dashboards, ensuring strategic growth initiatives are on track. Act as a single point of contact for CRM upgrades across different Business Units.
- **Process Improvement**:Program and manage activities in coordination with the Director of Application Engineering and Process Improvement. Collaborate with Sales, Business Units, and Sales Operations to enhance OTO and OTC processes, improving customer experience.
- **Presentations**:Prepare compelling internal and external presentations using PowerPoint.
**In order to be successful in this role you will need to have**:
- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- **Experience**:5+ years of relevant business experience.
- **Skills**:Proficient in CRM (preferably Oracle Sales Cloud) and data visualization tools (Excel, PowerBi).
- **Project Management**:Skilled in managing projects and driving change in a matrix organization.
- **Language**:Fluent English (written and verbal), second language is a plus.
- **Attributes**:Strong planning and communication skills, adept at managing diverse stakeholders and expectations.
- **Analytical Acumen**:Readily understands complex issues and can synthesize insights from complex analysis.
