We are looking for a Processes Integration Analyst to join our team of around 1, 700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers.

Level: ProfessionalLocation: ChiassoContract: PermanentWhat your impact will beYour main focus would be to define and analyze business requirements and needs, being the bridge between the different internal stakeholders (mainly Legal, Tax, Finance, Commercial Dept) and Technology (e. g. , Dev Teams, Architecture) in order to identify possible solutions:

To meet the needs of the business simplifying its evolutionsTo highlight what is strategically important in terms of informationTo encourage the organization to best integrate its activities and flowsKey ResponsibilitiesPerform analysis on order and processes through checks on DB, accounts, and transactions to identify and model current activitiesIdentification and representation of possible solutionsSupport Development teams on the functional design of the solution and validate it defining and executing testing proceduresSupport issue resolution and decision making related to Sales and Billing systemsPrepare functional documentation in order to keep track of analysis and solutions identifiedQualificationsYour expertise:

Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar fields and/or previous knowledge acquired in your work experienceKnowledge of Excel, with good skills in pivot tables, formulas, etc. Ability to represent functional requirements and processes and solutions designFluent English, written and spokenDesirable:
