Atlas Copco is looking for an Integration Support role with the focus of providing operational assistance during the post-acquisition and merger integration process. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, help implement integration initiatives, and track progress. This position reports directly to the M&A Integration Manager.

Responsibilities: Post-acquisition Process Integration: assist in implementing Atlas Copco Group processes
Marketing: implement marketing campaigns and nurture lead funnel to attract new customers, retain existing ones and expand customer share with Atlas Copco product portfolio Sales Management: gradually align the sales process to the Atlas Copco's, including the implementation of a light CRM and the development of Service sales as business Service Operations: structure Service Operations to ensure efficient labor use, leverage connectivity and improve customer loyalty; establish architecture to measure Operation KPIs and carry out enhancement plan Purchasing and Logistic: ensure that all purchases are sourced internally and implement plans to improve inventory management IT Integration: provide assistance and follow up the IT integration project Project Management: coordinate process alignment activities and tracking progress. Change Management: assist in change management efforts by maintaining a presence in the acquired companies, communicating effectively, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive integration experience for all employees. Risk mitigation and Issue Resolution: Identify and address integration issues promptly, escalating to the M&A Integration Manager as needed. Commercial and operative reporting: gather, structure and analyze data to monitor business results and integration progress; prepare reports and presentations as required by the M&A Integration Manager Qualifications: Italian: mother language; English: B1 Master's degree in Management Engineering Experience in project coordination and operational support Strong organizational analytical skills Ability to navigate complex business environments Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Willingness to travel and be present in Acquired companies 50% time Why Apply?
