Role and responsibilitiesYou will be part of the

Avvale FORWARD Advisory team

that works on Business Process Optimization projects as a

Process Mining Specialist.

You will work in a dynamic environment on state of the art technologies in order to build modern and scalable end-to-end solutions able to support the business process transformation of our customer, increasing their competitiveness leveraging new business models with particular focus on the area of

Circular Economy and Sustainability

in a process driven approach.

You will be responsible for:Leveraging SAP Signavio (and other Process Mining solutions) suite components and functionalities to

implement data models and conduct process mining and data analysis;Solution implementation

interacting with other team members in order to achieve the project objective in terms of timing and quality;Technical and Functional

Solution Design;Assist in the development and implementation of

process improvement strategies

;Presentation

of the findings and business process optimization recommendations gathered with process mining to business stakeholders ;Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in process miningSolution Requirement Collection

by modern methodologies (like Design Thinking, Solution Mockup and Prototyping);

Your responsibilities will not be limited to project delivery areas but will also include the Support to the evolution of the practice internal competencies, procedures and resources.

Required Skills1-2 years of hands-on experience in process mining projects or data analysis projects (internships and academic projects are also considered);Proven knowledge of SQL for data querying and data manipulation and transformation ;Knowledge of, at least, one Process Mining suite (familiarity with SAP Signavio is a plus);Ability to map business processes and represent them through BPMN;Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP, on Supply Chain and/or Financial processes ;As a plus, knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e. g. , Tableau, Power BI) ;As a plus, knowledge of a programming languages for data manipulation and transformation (eg.

Python, R, . . ) ;As a plus, certification as an SAP Signavio Process Data Analyst and/or SAP Signavio Process Management Consultant (or other Process Mining suites);Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights ;Ability to work by objectives and respecting deadlines ;Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with business key user in an effective way ;Ability to clearly explain technical problems and deeply understand business requirements. Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities with a desire to 'break new ground and innovate' ;
