Mission DetailsProvide daily production troubleshooting support in assigned areas. Conduct appropriate root-cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are implemented to address unplanned events. Ensures optimal production and process enhancements of assigned areas, including environmental systems. Coaches plant personnel on measurements and daily updates of technology performance/asset utilization data. Partners with operations personnel to secure process data for identification of technology gaps, improvement opportunities, and project definitions. Calculation of and evaluation of raw material consumption and production data, operational asset utilization calculations (OAU) and interpretation of process conditions, using tools such as PI Batch. Composes production reports and scorecards as necessary for communications to plant teams. Support Plant initiatives for new product development and Process Technology Projects. Prepares and executes Management of Change documentation. Participate in Process Hazard Analysis and Pre-Start-up Safety Reviews for assigned projects & processes. Prepares and modifies operating procedures and process documents. Develop training documents and plans. Supports Loss Control policy, AIMS, ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 management systems. Required ProfileBS in Chemical engineering and 5+ years manufacturing experience. Accident and incident investigation and root cause analysis. Process Hazard Analysis using LOPA Technique. Lean Six Sigma Operational Excellence implementation. PLC system programming skills. Good communications and organizational skills.
