We are offering a Fast-Track Graduate Program for Process Engineers in Europe, starting in September 2024. The 6-month program is aimed at ambitious new graduates looking for an exciting career in the semiconductor industry. In this role you will have the potential to accelerate your career and acquire an insight into different areas, whilst building a valuable international network. Upon completion of your International Training, you will be located in Agrate Brianza (Monza - Italy), which is a vibrant hub for the semiconductor industry in Europe. You will be responsible for the process of these tools regarding both Agrate and Catania sites. An Applied Materials Process Support Engineer stands for: Process Support Engineers (PSE) are customer facing and play a key role in completing the "Product Life Cycle", from concept-to-qualification and everything in between. They partner with our R&D teams and work directly with customers in their fabs to develop solutions that drive the semiconductor industry forward. PSEs work across technologies such as: Chemical Vapor Deposition, Atomic Layer deposition, Plasma Reactive Ion Etch, Physical Vapor Deposition, Anneal, Implant, Metrology, and Inspection. Our Trainee Program includes: Theoretical and practical knowledge transfer, as well as international placements at our newest production sites in Europe and Israel. Training on-the-job and guided tasks to gain experience as a Process Support Engineer. Supported by a local buddy, team colleagues, and managers. We are looking for you: You are graduating with a Master or PhD degree in Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or related field OR you have graduated recently. An advanced level of English (headquarter is in the US) together with a proficient level of either French, German or Italian. You are a EU Citizen or have the right to live and work in France/Italy/Germany. You are flexible in travels, especially to Catania.
