We design, manufacture, and assemble state-of-the-art forming lines to produce pharmaceutical glass containers.

This role is your opportunity to drive innovation and elevate performance by developing and applying groundbreaking technologies to our standard machines. Key Responsibilities:Analyze technological processes and the interaction between products and materials used in production. Research and develop innovative technologies to enhance and advance production processes. Collaborate with corporate teams to design, implement, and improve existing technological processes in production lines. Scout and select potential suppliers for new technologies. Conduct measurements and interpret data to support R&D projects for machinery optimization. Basic Requirements:Master's degree in Mechanical, Material, or Chemical Engineering; or a Science degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Physics. Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of the physical and chemical properties of glass. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Experience with Minitab software. Proficiency in Inventor or similar technical design software.
