Support in verifying the effective progress of business processes, carrying out impact assessments (on Resources, Customers, Distribution Network)

- Cooperation in designing of new operating processes resulting from the development of the Bank's offer in favor of customers or resulting from the implementation of regulatory changes

- Support in assessment on the size of the workforce of the various organizational units of the Bank

- Cooperation in internal workshops and working groups in order to receive, in a bottom-up logic, proposals and new ideas on the management of activities and on new products and services to offer to customers and / or the Distribution Network

**Main Skills and Previous Experiences

- Degree in Management Engineering /Economics or equivalent

- 1 -3 years experience in organizational projects

- Precision and accuracy

- Result orientation

- Ability to analyze and summarize

**Nice to have

- Previous experience in process analysis and structure sizing projects

- Previous experience in the analysis and implementation of new organizational models

- Experience of organizational analysis methodologies (i. e.

Lean Banking, VSM)

- Short Experience in Financial Services Consulting Firm or in the Organization of Banks
