Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Processes Governance & Reengineering Specialist to join the Finance Governance & Change Team.

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
- Define, implement and maintain business processes to meet business objectives.
- Analyze and identify opportunities for business process improvements.
- Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements.
- Ensure in compliance with customer and company proposed standards.
- Work with other process engineers in integration of new and existing business processes.
- Use best practices to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurements and change management activities.
- Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements, processes and risks.
- Evaluate current business processes and recommend solutions for improvements.
- Develop and maintain best practices to meet changing business needs.
- Prioritize and execute projects for ongoing business improvements.
- Provide technical advice on processing technology, capability, risks, costs.
- Responsible for documenting the processes (costing, timing, value data, workflow)
The type of person we are looking for:
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics or similar.
Master degree preferred.
- Professional Certification with active status is preferred: Lean/Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP); Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) a plus.
- Knowledge of E-commerce industry and digital environment is a plus.
- Experience in managing multiple parties on innovative solutions.
- Considerable knowledge of, and skill in, understanding business processes and objectives.
- Ability in collecting and analyzing complex data, evaluating information and systems, drawing logical conclusions and proven ability to translate data into meaningful analysis.
- Great communication and active listening skills, ability to conduct presentations.
- Excellent knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
