The role of the Procurement and Controlling Specialist will belong to and be responsible for managing activities related to the Operations team. Lockers represent a small percentage of e-commerce deliveries in Italy today, but the desire for greater sustainability and more convenient solutions for consumers is creating a strong need for alternatives to traditional "home" deliveries.

InPost is revolutionizing logistics services through a significant expansion of our automated locker network.

Key Responsibilities: Supplier Issue Resolution & Capex ControlEnsure timely responses from suppliersAlign with capex control objectives, invoicing management, and SLANegotiate and structure contracts, pricing lists and ensure contract complianceSupport in Strategic Sourcing & Asset and Stock Management (primary assets and spare parts)Assist senior procurement team members in developing and implementing processes and controlsFocus on enhancing negotiation skillsUnderstand supplier marketsEnsure efficient asset management throughout the procurement cycleProcess Efficiency Audit & Fixed Cost ManagementConduct audits of procurement processes to identify inefficienciesOptimize fixed cost managementServe as a point of contact with Operations, Finance, and Legal departmentsQualifications: Excel: Intermediate levelBasic level PowerPointBasic knowledge of different tools (i. e.
