**Job Requirements**:

- You have a master's degree in one of the following faculties: Management Engineering, Business Administration and Economics

- Strong interest in Business Processes and Technology

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

- Entrepreneurial mindset

- Good knowledge of English

- Good knowledge of Italian

- Knowledge of SAP-MM module

- Basic Knowledge of additional modules (FI, SD) will be considered a plus

- Knowledge of basic ABAP coding will be considered a plus

You will be assigned to our Procure-to-Pay Business unit, working in an international environment and with teams from all over the world

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our clients in collecting business requirements and in designing and implementing operating models

- Defining models, procedures and solutions centered on procurement and order to cash areas

- Functional Analysis and System Customizing to support projects' implementation and development

- Supporting the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions or other technological platforms from model and process design to final implementation

- Working on digital transformation and business process re-engineering projects

- Conduct system functionalities reviews based on current configuration and/or technical specification

- Coordinate and develop a team of different people

- Compose and document implemented solutions

- Interact with the business as well as with the IT department on a daily basis

- Integrate and collaborate directly with other areas involved in different processes

- Supporting the company in new projects' sales process (preparing sales campaigns on innovative themes, preparing partnership proposals, RFP, etc. )
