Role Description We are looking for a Junior Procurement Consultant to join our team in Milan (hybrid role, with some remote work flexibility).

This is an opportunity to step into a dynamic and fast-paced environment, helping to digitalize procurement processes, scout and qualify suppliers, and optimize sourcing strategies for the construction industry.

What You'll Do Support procurement digitalization by implementing smart sourcing strategies Scout and qualify new suppliers, ensuring high-quality standards Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts Analyze market trends and procurement performance Work closely with the team to improve efficiency in supply chain management Who You Are We are looking for a smart, and ambitious individual who thrives in a start-up environment.

You should be curious, proactive, and eager to take ownership of your work.
