- Procurement Development is driving the transformation of functional and industry's best practices in the Procurement area by deploying new processes and operational models, developing new skills and capabilities and finally implementing completely new systems and tools aimed at supporting the above transformation of the Supply Chain management in all countries of UniCredit Group.

**Internship in our team will allow you to learn and perform the following activities**:

- Support Procurement Development in designing, planning and executing transformation initiatives, leveraging on change management methodologies and tools

- Execute effective project meetings and follow-up on implementation of decisions taken

- Interact with different Corporate functions (e. g. , CFO, Cost Management, business functions, etc) and the UniCredit legal entities across the world

- Analyze data generating appropriate KPIs and tracking the implementation status of specific initiatives

Requisiti

**What will make you perfect fit for the position**:

- Analytical mindset and good problem solving skills

- Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian, together with outstanding communication skills

- Proactivity and readiness to take a responsibility - track record is an advantage

- Ability to cooperate with others in a diverse international setting

- Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools
