Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: To ensure that commercial and business relationships and engagements with suppliers are handled according to commercial, risk and business best practices and in the interest of Campari. To take care that the goods and services provided in the indirect materials and services will meet cost, quality, and availability expectations. Contribute and support different procurement projects delegated by the Global Procurement managers/Directors across Marketing and General&Administrative Procurement. Key Responsibilities: Actively participate in various Projects providing support and management, RFx and tender preparation, tender analysis, tender results. Support & implement improvements for day-to-day processes, templates, trainings, systems, and workflows. Execute in depth spend analysis and interpret data out of tools, as well as generate ad-hoc reports. Support to create accurate reporting on all aspects of the Marketing and G&A Procurement teams, including savings. Assist with clarification/handling of special cases and assignments such as dispute resolution with internal and external Business Partners. Key Relationships: Internal, inside the group:

Agencies. Suppliers. Partners. Academic career: Bachelor and/or master in: Business Administration, Management Engineering or Supply chain.
Language proficiency: Fluency in English and in Italian. Additional language is a plus.
Professional skills and abilities: Organizational Skills: Ability to support all aspects of an event including sourcing and budgeting, from logistics to scheduling. Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinking and resourcefulness to handle issues and find solutions. Time Management: Efficiently managing time to meet deadlines and ensure all event preparations are completed on schedule. Knowledge of procurement function, its dependencies, and connections to our customers. Good analytical skills in planning and organizing. Good understanding of Reports, Facts and Figures. Capability to communicate with stakeholders. Proficient Microsoft User, particularly Excel & PowerPoint. Personal skills: Team player. Structured. Attention to details. Solution/Results oriented. Effective and efficient. Used to work under pressure. Reacts well during frequent changes. Used to work with uncertain situations.
