P&L Business Partner

**Your responsibilities**:

- Be the primary point of contact of the internal clients to identify procurement projects to be managed.

- Contribute to negotiate and roll out at local level International deals.

Lead the local roll out of initiative of transformation (e. g.

: M&A Projects) in line with Local and Global operating model.

- Proactively drive/support demand management to reduce overall external spend and for positive impact on bottom line (e. g.

: energy efficiency, Integrated Supply Chain Solutions).

- Support the rollout of digital procurement tools such as punchout catalogues to ensure total workforce management reduction.

Indirect categories in scope: Services, Facilities, Materials, Information Services and Travel.

**Your background**:

- A degree from Economics, Business Management, Engineering fields or consolidate experience in Supply Chain Management;

- 7 years of experience in Procurement environment;

- Fluent Italian and good command of English language;

- Ability to work in cross functional, matrix organization.

Ability to react quickly and make ad make decision independently.

Good team player and ability to work independently.
