Position: Package Manager (with a background in Procurement & Supply chain)Duration: 12-month contract (renewable)Location: Milan, Italy (Must be an Italian national with proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Italian)A highly experienced leader with a background in Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management to oversee critical procurement and subcontracting packages.

A strong leader and problem-solver who can drive packages to completion on time and within budget and be able to manage stakeholders and navigate complex Oil and Gas projects. The ideal candidate should have:6-10 years of experience in EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) projects or a related fieldTechnical & Commercial Acumen – Strong understanding of supply chain, contracts, project execution, and cost/schedule managementLeadership & Stakeholder Management – Ability to coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, QHSES, Project Management) and external vendors/suppliersRisk & Opportunity Management – Proactively identifies risks, mitigates issues, and capitalizes on opportunitiesStrategic & Detail-Oriented – Can handle complex procurement packages while maintaining a high-level strategic visionEffective Communicator – Strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills for executive-level reportingTravel Flexibility – Willingness to visit supplier locations, job sites, and attend key meetingsCertifications (Nice to Have) – PMP or PE is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
