Experienced in sourcing talent… Position: Package Manager (with a background in Procurement & Supply chain) Duration: 12-month contract (renewable) Location: Milan, Italy (Must be an Italian national with proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Italian) A highly experienced leader with a background in Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management to oversee critical procurement and subcontracting packages. A strong leader and problem-solver who can drive packages to completion on time and within budget and be able to manage stakeholders and navigate complex Oil and Gas projects. The ideal candidate should have: 6-10 years of experience in EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) projects or a related field Technical & Commercial Acumen – Strong understanding of supply chain, contracts, project execution, and cost/schedule management Leadership & Stakeholder Management – Ability to coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, QHSES, Project Management) and external vendors/suppliers Risk & Opportunity Management – Proactively identifies risks, mitigates issues, and capitalizes on opportunities Strategic & Detail-Oriented – Can handle complex procurement packages while maintaining a high-level strategic vision Effective Communicator – Strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills for executive-level reporting Travel Flexibility – Willingness to visit supplier locations, job sites, and attend key meetings Certifications (Nice to Have) – PMP or PE is a plus Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Project Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain Industries Oil and Gas J-18808-Ljbffr
