The Procurement Manager will join the Procurement team at the Rome HQ, closely interacting with different internal departments, such as Design, Communication and Visual Merchandising and with several external strategic vendors.

The position implies contributing to improve Fendi performance and implementing innovative procurement initiatives in line with our standard of quality.

**Main Responsabilities

- Prepare, negotiate, draft and follow all Procurement projects within the assigned categories and strengthen the collaboration with the various related internal stakeholders.

- Find common ground for cross-category and cross-department frame agreements

- Perform competitive sourcing activities, negotiate, analyse and propose different scenarios

- Identify and tackle new categories connected to those in scope anticipating business growth and needs

- Be an active team member of the Procurement department in participating to transversal projects

- Develop reporting and internal communication tools to validate savings, share best practises and increase visibility of the categories throughout FENDI and the LVMH Group

**Profile**:

- Degree in Economy / Finance / Engineering

- At least 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar function (previous experience in Communication area and Luxury field is preferred)

- Experience in project leading, tender organization and cost saving projects management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong Excel and Power Point capability

- Fluent in Italian and English is mandatory; knowledge of French will be considered a plus

- Ability to challenge internal and external stakeholders and to take initiatives

- Result oriented, proactivity and strong negotiation and diplomacy skills
