Responsibilities:Ownership in Italy procurement, including but not limited to category of Marketing, Retail, Service (logistic) and Admin, to establish and continuously optimize the procurement guideline and management system according to variety of categories within country;Set up and manage the supplier pool by category to support the stakeholder departments, ensuring all execution goes well and efficiently, while optimizing deliverables' quality, cost, and efficiency to contribute to better business success;Develop the procurement strategy by category, promoting procurement's profession sustainably, improving the coverage of frame agency, managing the whole process from PR to payment, and avoiding compliance risk;Conduct supplier selection (including bidding) for all categories to filter excellent frame agency and implement PO under the frame contract, establishing long-term relationships with high-quality suppliers to improve procurement efficiency and service quality;Assist regional procurement works, maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's business, control stakeholder demands to make a comprehensive resource plan, and promote satisfaction with stakeholders consistently. Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above, expert local language (Italian) as well as English and Chinese skills including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, which can be used as working languages; additional multi-language & culture experience would be a plus;Minimum 2 years working experience in indirect procurement of similar industries (mobile telecom, FMCG, etc.

), experience in MKT procurement categories is preferred;Strong procurement sense and logic, strong sense of internal control, goal-oriented, responsible, and a serious attitude to work;Proactive, adaptable, honest, good communication and connection skills, with excellent understanding and execution abilities;Familiar with and adaptable to the tight pace of the Internet company, open-minded and a fast learner.
