Responsibility: Ownership in Italy procurement, including but not limited to category of Marketing, Retail, Service (logistic) and Admin, to establish and continuously optimize the procurement guideline and management system according to variety of categories within country; Set up and manage the supplier pool by category to support the stakeholder departments, ensuring all execution goes well and efficiently, while continuously optimizing deliverables' quality, cost, and efficiency to contribute to better business success; Develop the procurement strategy by category to promote procurement's profession sustainably, improve the coverage of frame agency, manage the whole process from PR to payment, and avoid compliance risk; Conduct supplier selection (including bidding) for all categories to filter excellent frame agency and implement PO under the frame contract, establishing long-term relationships with high-quality suppliers to improve procurement efficiency and service quality; Assist regional procurement works, develop an in-depth understanding of the company's business, control stakeholder demands to create a comprehensive resource plan, and promote stakeholder satisfaction consistently. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above; expert in local language (Italian) as well as English and Chinese skills including listening, speaking, reading, and writing to be used as working languages; additional multi-language & culture experience is a plus; Minimum 2 years working experience in indirect procurement of similar industries (mobile telecom, FMCG, etc. ); experience in MKT procurement categories is preferred; Strong procurement sense and logic, strong sense of internal control, goal orientation, and responsibility with a serious attitude towards work; Proactive, adaptable, honest, with good communication and connection skills, and excellent understanding and execution abilities; Familiar with and adaptable to the fast-paced environment of an Internet company, open-minded and a fast learner; must be ready for business trips in domain markets or cross-countries.
