What do we look for? Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, ideally within a fast-paced environment such as restaurants, hospitality or food & beverage servicesThe ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as to think strategicallyA strategic approach to procurement with a strong understanding of financial management and business developmentOutstanding communication abilities, fostering strong relationships with suppliersThe ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlinesA deep passion for food, beverages, and hospitality, with a sharp focus on quality and precisionMultitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasksFluency in Italian and English is requiredWhat will you work on? Ensuring that purchasing transactions are carried out by taking into account the organization's policy, strategic goals and quality standardsCarrying out business development with existing suppliers, finding alternative suppliers, comparing and controlling our purchase prices with the marketObtaining prices from suppliers for the requested product and service, communicating with the right supplier and ensuring that quality products are delivered on timeAcceptance of products according to the agreed price and quantity orderedOrder control and stock tracking of products coming from TurkeyFollowing up all local purchasing processesUsing the ERP system in purchasing processes and sending orders to suppliers through the systemSeniority levelMid-Senior level
