What do we look for? Bachelor's degree in relevant departments Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, ideally within a fast-paced environment such as restaurants, hospitality or food & beverage services The ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as to think strategically A strategic approach to procurement with a strong understanding of financial management and business development Outstanding communication abilities, fostering strong relationships with suppliers The ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines A deep passion for food, beverages, and hospitality, with a sharp focus on quality and precision Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Fluency in Italian and English is required What will you work on? Ensuring that purchasing transactions are carried out by taking into account the organization's policy, strategic goals and quality standards Carrying out business development with existing suppliers, finding alternative suppliers, comparing and controlling our purchase prices with the market Obtaining prices from suppliers for the requested product and service, communicating with the right supplier and ensuring that quality products are delivered on time Acceptance of products according to the agreed price and quantity ordered Order control and stock tracking of products coming from Turkey Following up all local purchasing processes Using the ERP system in purchasing processes and sending orders to suppliers through the system
