MAIN TASKS:The candidate will report to the Head of Finance and Administration and will be in charge of the following activities:Management of vendors master data;Contracts management and repository;Vendors qualification management;Purchase orders and purchase requisitions;Support to the cost allocation, on the basis of the PO;Support to the business lines for any procurement activity. Moreover, the candidate will have the chance to:Be involved in the optimization of internal processes;Support other Company departments in the contracts management and its invoicing;Be involved in the vendors selection;Manage vendors operational, economic and sustainability KPIs. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEA Master's degree in Economics is preferred;2 to 4 years' experience in the procurement office of a middle/big company;Good knowledge of procurement processes, the regulations governing contracts between companies and suppliers, and business requirements;Good knowledge of MS Office;Good command of English;Ability to self-organize and problem solve.
