As Procurement Officer for RWE's growing Wind & PV pipeline Italy within our Europe & APAC Procurement team, you will manage procurement activities not only for the wind onshore and PV plants in operation but also for our new growth markets embedded into the global st

**Your future**:

- Manage the negotiation of contracts for PV & Wind project in multidisciplinary and international teams.

- Develop, implement and manage purchasing strategies for these contracts.

- Develop an optimized and standardized tendering process evaluating cost-benefit analysis

- Develop and implement framework agreements.

- Develop and implement an active supplier relationship management with suppliers.

- Develop and implement an active stakeholder management with colleagues from the development, construction and O&M department.

- Conduct assessment of suppliers, subcontractors and consultants including audits and complaints management.

- Observe regularly the possibility to find new, alternative and more advanced vendors.

**Your profile**:

- Relevant experience in the PV & Wind industry preferred within Europe

- Relevant experience in management and processing of large and complex tenders for PV & Wind contracts and/or for power plant / industry or infrastructure projects (Capex / Opex)

- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively and maintain key stakeholder relationships within suppliers

- Experience in identifying and assessing commercial contractual risks, developing strategies for risk prevention/control

- Successfully completed studies in engineering or Master in business economics, additional legal qualification advantageous

- Ability to negotiate multiple contract packages, to manage stakeholders and to lead multidisciplinary teams

- Relevant experience in SAP

- Intercultural understanding and experience in working with different cultures

- Very good communication skills (native) in Italian, (spoken and written) in English (other European languages advantageous)

- Willingness to travel

- Can do attitude
